At Pet Posse, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you receive a product with a defect, we're here to make it right. Please review our return policy below:
All Items are made to order and we do therefore not offer returns on any product bought unless the item is defective. Please see the below which outlines the process.
Defective Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To initiate a return for a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at petposse01@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos highlighting the defect.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Conditions for Return:
- Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- The defect must be clearly visible in provided photos.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return Process:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label.
- Ship the defective item back to us using the provided label.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the replacement.
Replacement:
- If the item is confirmed defective, we will replace it with the same product.
- If the same product is not available, you will be offered a similar item of equal value.
Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds for defective items; replacements will be provided.
